So, long time no update. I got up to 242.5 lbs, and I managed to get a weight loss doctor to prescribe me some phentermine. I haven't been taking it like I should because I'm a slacker. I got down to 222 at my last weight in. I only gained two pounds over Thanksgiving break, so that's a miracle. I made a bet with Alex that if I managed to get down ( Read more... )

We all know that I have an up-down-up-down-not nearly down enough relationship with weight. I think the lowest I've been since I've had this journal is 210 or 212. That's really sad. Time to kick this shit into gear. Starting... NOW.
I get tired of going back on my word. I can break habits.
So why do I keep fucking up? I'm less than when I started this crap, but argh. This one lb. a week thing is getting frustrating.

I will not have any these foods from today until starting back at school on 10 January. That's exactly 30 days. This is my pre-New Year's resolution - I would actually like to finish losing my 100 lbs. in 2007 - hopefully by my birthday - 20 June:
