itachimusume and I have oft discussed the possibility of a group trip to Japan, particularly in the spring when the sakura are blooming. We've never really gotten around to planning it because we are lazy and a trip like that requires a lot of planning and money. It sounds awesome- I wouldn't be able to come- already taking a couple weeks in May since in THEORY my brother is graduating.

About f'n time, too.

While it's nice to hear that your brother is finally graduating, part of me hopes he won't so you can come too.

Im good to go. I might be already on the mainland when this happens. It'll be best for me if we go earlier then later, meaning the first week of this festival thing.

I should be in orange county, CA, but I won't know if i'm going or how long i'm there, or when i'm there until probably early feb.

Training conference thingie? No worries. I'll start looking into hotels and stuff. There are some dirt cheap ones out there, but I've heard that much of DC is rather unsavory, especially at night, so I'm thinking maybe we shell out a bit more for something a little more central and ...nice.

I guess I should maybe send out a mass email to peoples too, since lj isn't really the best form of communication.
