A couple of days ago it was lovely. Temps steady in the 60s, highs in the 70s, nice nice nice. Yesterday, at approx 2 in the afternoon, it started snowing. Temps started to drop. Last night I finally finished a couple of things, the flowers for my sakura scarf and that other scarf I've been knitting. Well now I can felt the sakura scarf and sew the flowers on (hurrah!), but the other scarf ended up just a bit too wide and too short for my liking. Saturday J and I took a road trip to Ohio to pick up some parts for the omni and some tools. It was about 8 hours all together, most of that driving time. On the drive I saw three deer running together, a groundhog, ducks, and lots and lots of cows and horses and ponies. I like cows. We also passed a drive through party store. Well, I finished knitting hat #2, (I haven't frogged hat #1 yet) and J likes it. It fits him well and it looks pretty good, though I can see that my knitting still leaves something to be desired. Having teh plague makes me sleepy. I seem to be riding out the tail end of it.
