1. Icons are due October 11, midnight EST, but you can gain access and post them sooner.
2. The new list of themes can be found here. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask.
3. All icons must be made new for the contest and must be your own work.
4. Refer to the info and FAQ for the total list of rules.
5. Animation and other effects are allowed

Yes, eventually the little terror shuts his yap and curls up in a cute little ball of fluff for a nap. If only he would get out of this habit of loudly demanding my attention! I tell you, if this is how he interrogates prisoners, I can't believe there are any enemies of the Empire that could stand up to it. :D
