[01] All icons must be numbered, also make sure they follow the regular LiveJournal standards (100x100 - Less than 40Kb).
[02] When you post a batch of icons you MUST post more than only a few. We are expecting a minimum of at least SEVEN icons per batch. Basically, instead of posting in your shop multiple times a day, save up your graphics and post one large batch of graphics.
[03] List your camp name somewhere in the subjectline.
[04] All signature tags, regular tags, and banners may not be any larger than 300x200 pixels.
[05] We advise you to only post Harry Potter graphics, however, if you wish to post graphics from other fandoms you may. In choosing to do this you may only post ONE non-Harry Potter fandom graphic per every five Harry Potter graphics you post.
[06] Instead of posting four hundred times per week, we advise that you save your graphics in order to make a large post a couple of times a week.
[07] Please follow all the common rules of courtesy that are expected of you as a human being.
[08] All graphics will be eligible for points, however, the administrator of the community and select members of ff_headquarters will have the final say as to how many or whether or not your graphics will receive points. Depending upon the quality of the graphics you post, points will be distributed appropriately.
[09] You will not gain posting access until your application for a shop has been approved. While you are waiting for approval, do not pester the administration about your application. We are looking at them and trying to get the results back to you as soon as we can. You will be notified once we have come to our decision.
[10] If your application for a shop is turned down, you are allowed to re-apply.
[11] So artists do not have to explain the rules over and over again, ALL members who wish to take a graphic MUST follow the basic rules that we are all used to seeing. This means CREDIT the artist, and NO HOTLINKING. In addition, commenting to inform the artist of what you are taking is encouraged as well. If the artist provides a form for signature tags (etc), please fill those out properly and leave them as a comment to the artist's post.
[12] All shop title graphics must be no larger that 350x250.
POINT BREAKDOWN
You will receive points for your camp with the graphics that you submit at the discretion of the head of ff_pride and select members of ff_headquarters. You will receive points for graphics you SUBMIT, not your orders. All graphics will be graded on a scale depending upon the quality of your work. Here is the point breakdown:
ICONS- 00-20 points each
F/O BANNERS- 00-30 points each
SIG TAGS- 00-30 points each
WALLPAPERS- 00-50 points each
LAYOUTS- 000-150 points each

[01] Please include which camp you belong to in the subject-line.
[02] You must post your shop banner, a break down of what is in your post, and your graphics beneath a LiveJournal cut.
[03] You may post teasers for icons if you are posting icons, however you may not post more that three teasers.
If there is an interest in opening up a graphics shop, please leave the application below as a comment to THIS POST. The Administrator of the Graphics community and select members of ff_headquarters will review your application and decide whether or not you will be granted approval for opening a shop. A majority of those who are reviewing your application must say yes to your application to achieve approval. Please refer to the rules and regulation of ff_pride before submitting an application.

Once you have submitted the application only you and the proper administrators will be able to see your application. Please be patient as we will address your application as soon as we can.
