Now somebody sent me a private message asking me about summoning and the like. Because sharing this information private is silly I've decided to give you a primer on how summoning works. Here you go:

- Cooldown is the same for FCs and OCs: 1 week at opening, later it will be 2 weeks after the initial rush is over.
- Cast restrictions: Only 1 character from a specific cast.

More seriously: Can you name a couple of fairly industrialized but vaguely Rebellion-OK places so I can possibly cite my OC? If you know what Cygnar is, somewhere like Cygnar would be ideal, but I can punt -- I just don't know quite which kingdoms go where and do what. 9_6
