That was really fantastic. I think the episode should have had something like this. It really was heartbreaking to see Reid losing control of language when it is such a part of who he is. I actually felt his terror.

Thanks so much! Glad this came out well. I was a little nervous about it. I agree, I wouldn't have been mad if they had spent a little more time on him dealing with his loss of language.

Beautiful. I'm very impressed with how accurate not only the characterization but also speech patterns for both Morgan and Reid are. Not to mention how rare it is to find stories including hospital scenes which aren't sappy and built of cliché lines and phrases. This is a very neat and very realistic story that's easy to visualise. Aren't they the best? :)

Thank you so much! Whenever anyone says something I've written is realistic, it means a lot to me. I really strive for my writing to be that. I love characterization, too. I'll admit to doing a bit of research on Wernicke's aphasia before starting this, but I think it can only help! I love realistic writing, no matter where the setting is, but I do have a soft spot for hospital stories. Thanks, again! I really appreciate your sweet comment!
