I think all of my shows I'm currently watching are already either in your "caught up on" or "already watching" lists? I always do this thing where I try to mentally list off my shows by thinking of what I watch on Monday, what I watch on Tuesday, etc... but it's been so long since I've had regular TV, I can't even remember!
Ooh, Pushing Daisies, though. And I've heard great things about Chuck, though I haven't watched it myself. I would if I had the time to catch up. Oh, and I watch Lost, but that's definitely not everybody's cup of tea, and would be a huge commitment to catch up on at this point if you haven't watched it so far.
I'd second the suggestions of Chuck, How I Met Your Mother, and Dead Like Me, the latter two I watched during the strike and are now two of my favourite shows.
I'm thrilled that you watched Life. It was my favorite show from the past season. I also liked Psych and Burn Notice. They are the only shows I taped and continue to watch over the break.
Psych is like mental cotton candy. It is fluffy, sweet and totally without substance. You watch it, enjoy it and put it out of your mind. Sometimes it's nice to watch something that isn't the least bit mentally taxing.
Burn Notice has a little more depth. It's about a spy who gets burned so he's out of the secret agent club. He has to survive doing odd jobs (which always end up helping some unfortunate soul) and trying to discover who burned him. It is a lot of fun with an season-long mystery (who burned him) and weekly situations that take a spy to solve. I think you'll like it.
