I like that Ennis is really kind of on the edge- wanting to make things simple for junior to understand, but at the same time, not wanting to hide his life with Jack, either.

Love your boys. Love Ennis' recounting of the 'fight' over the thermostat and Jack bein' hot-as-the-center-of-the-sun wrapped around him. Wonderful phrasing all around. And I particularly Love this Ennis' insistance that Jack not run off to his Ma's and hide.
