I honestly don't know, about Bill. Really haven't given it much thought. Some characters I do "cast" in my head, so I'll have a voice to listen to, but nothing for him yet.

Oh god, Dean would follow Sam to the ends of the earth, even at that age. Especially at that age. If this is an AU tale of how Ellen met John, then I'm loving the premise! I suspect there will be much butt-kicking when Daddy finally shows up. If he shows up...
