let me just say this: to all my friends, cohorts, companions, and confidants out there, I hope my nigh-absence doesn't cast major doubt on my feelings toward y'all.

i've had occasions - some quite awful - to realize how much people mean to me over this past year. and, well, my heart just swells.
i love you guys.

The only thing that would have made it slightly better was if the score had been 19 - 0 and the Giants had patented that.
