Yay, Hannah is gone!

I think Booth hit rock bottom on Thursday. He's been in denial for so long and like you said, he finally snapped.

And I honestly don't understand the Sweets hate going on. Like Booth, he was drunk and didn't know what he was doing.

Super in-depth, Jenny! Sorry about your life crapping on your Bones Squeecap time, but this was a thought-provoking read. I watched it for the first time yesterday and am still tossing it around the old hamster wheel until I'm emo-ready enough ('cause you kinda gotta be emo for this ep, with Mr. Fisher and all) to watch it again.

Very insightful read, though.
The last scene rang very true for me. There is a fine line between grief and anger and it has been my observation that guys (especially tough guys) sometimes mask sorrow with anger. That really seemed to me to be what Booth was doing. And when he said "what's wrong with these women", to me he was just screaming "what's wrong with me"

Yeah, that's what I really liked about it; it was so true to life. And I totally agree with you about guys masking their sorrow with anger! Booth definitely does that.

See, that's the problem with being on Tumblr way too much: the sheer hate this show gets sometimes (by 'fans') is absolutely HORRIBLE. I really need to avoid it more, haha. There are awesome people over there, don't get me wrong, but there's definitely a lot more hate than love right now. D: Thank goodness I have awesome friends here and on Twitter who are seeing what I'm seeing and still love the show for what it is!

But yeah, Booth is really fucked up right now, and who can blame him? He's had disappointment after disappointment lately and he's finally fed up with everything!

He definitely needs to take time to sort himself out, yes. And Brennan will TOTALLY wait for him! :D That's what has been so great about this season: Brennan realizing that she made a mistake (for a good reason, but still a mistake) and that she will now be there for Booth, no matter what their relationship is, because she can't lose the most important person in her life.

I can't WAIT to see what's next. :)
