the little things
As we put this apartment together, it is the little things that make it. Today's little thing that makes it is a vacuum. Although Mr. Dirt Devil was only $50, he cleans the apartment very well. Tomorrow is the first day of my new job. I am excited, although that is mixed with some trepidation. I have to learn new documentation, area and people. The first part of the day is training in Boston, then back to my local location for specific training. I'm wondering what the next few days will hold for me. we've arrived
R and I made it to our new home last Tuesday, just before a snowstorm. I was doubly glad he pushed us to arrive on that day instead of the next. We have spent the week trying to settle in, purchasing furniture, food and organization. A trip
Why is it that now that I pull up the lj app to post that I have a harder time thinking what to say? Ryan and I made it out of the hotel in the early haze of the morning. 5 am is too early to be going anywhere, but yet, there we were, sleepily climbing aboard a shuttle bus full of rowdy teenagers.
