Well I've been on the road for almost a month and a half straight due to UCA stuff. It's been a lot of fun, but very tiring at times. The days were long (usually waking up around 6:30am, and working straight until 8pm. Long, loooooong days. I don't know if I told everybody but this summer I'm in Kentwood Michigan to work at my internship, City of Kentwood, and for UCA. Jer and I both got hired to map all the storm outfalls to the city's water system when the system is "running dry" (i.e no rainfall for 2 days). This weekend was freakin' awesome!!! I am so excited to start UCA this summer, everyone was great, and I'm going to learn so much. I'm excited to say that on the second day of our training exercise I got "rookie of the day", for Michigan! Well the UCA pre-work week weekend is here! and I am having some mixed feelings, especially since Jaime isn't coming with me anymore. Okay, so I get an e-mail from my siser and she's kind of joking with me about not keeping in touch lately. And then she explains (very briefly I might add) why I should get ahold of her, and this is waht she wrote:

HOLY SHIT!!! is all I have to say. Don't quite know how I feel about it.

ya know what...I'm excited for the future. I really think that everything is going to be just fine for me. I know I will have no problem finding a job b/c I have pretty decent networking skills. Let's see...not too much to update on. Had cheerleading tryouts this weekend and that was a blast.
