I dreamed last night that I became a vampire. It turned out that it was more of a setback than an escape from reality into blood-tinted immortality. I wouldn't be charred to ashes from being out in the sun, but would burn badly and would want to avoid it (in the dream I was taking classes in the daytime, so I was going to have to drop out).
