I'm not familiar with the more precise legal details of the project, so I have to ask this question, even though I'm pretty sure I already know the answer... given that the base of this happening is in the state called California, which is in the country known as The United States of America, would a Pope from an eastern province in the country

1) All popes are useful to us.

2) I am more than happy to list membership by Religious Name instead of greyface name, and willing to point out to any legal officials that the Church does not have to recognize the same names the court does.

The legal details of the project: I'm kinda holding out for "officers of the board" who are willing to take on the annoying job of filing regular paperwork with the state, or at least sit down with me a couple of times a year and giggle while I fill out the forms.

I'm also waiting for my house to be clean enough to host meetings. So it may be a while.

You could also put in the names of my cats (Damien and Shane) who are either trying to clean eachother or fight- I'm not sure which but it all seems very discordian to me!
