Spring break was awesome. Daniel and I stayed with my aunt and uncle in Florida. We ate at twelve different restaurants and two ice cream places in seven days. My Alienware arrived today! It came in a black box big enough to put me in. The computer itself looks pretty hot: all shiny black and glowing blue. So 15-211 is killing me. Apparently I have absolutely no clue how to write the programs. I feel like I know the concepts well enough: how to manipulate splay trees, how hash tables work, etc. But that's not enough, despite the professor saying the course was about problem-solving, not coding. If anybody knows how to write in Java, I'd love a little help. I have a program due tomorrow night that HATES ME!

Do you have to manually initialize a linked list to null, or is that automatic? I'm working with an array of linked lists, is the issue. And getting NullPointerException error. Damn.

Daniel and I made brownies today, and they were yummy. He even bought mint chip ice cream to go with. Whee! Ate the first ones hot, practically right out of the oven.
