I had a short sleep, woke up early and couldn't sleep well after that. I don't know why. I got back from my trip to the Philippines last week (March 9th at 11 am). Boy, am I jetlagged! I'm having the most difficult time sleeping. And I seem to get hungry at the oddest times too.
