have you seriously tried a) contacting a lawyer b) getting in touch with a senator/representative and telling them what's going on c) dialing 311 to report malpractice?
I have... Unfortunately that 2 year malpractice law is really fucking me up right now. Ive tried contacting a few lawyers but only one responded, and basically said you have a case, but because of that stupid 2 year malpractice law it would cost us at least 20,000 25,000 dollars to even get your case to court. And then durning those kinds of cases the lawyer is only allowed to win a thrid of what you win. So after that yea they basically said we regret to tell you we can not take your case, but we advise you to find a lawyer who will because time is critical factor in your case. =/
Anyway all I can say is apparently my pcp was not to glad about me calling out on her lieing to me about test results from the past, and she kicked me out saying she wouldn't see me anymore. Argh... -_-
