Fuck Barnes and Noble
The Barnes and Noble in Salisbury is currently running on a skeleton crew which means of course means that when at work, I have to work twice as hard and tonight was freaking horrible. Ok, so we went to Barnes and Noble today and spent an hour there before actually getting up the courage to talk to Gena. Holy Shit....I didn't know I had to work.....
Ok, so I'm seriously working my ass off at Barnes and Noble. Today I reset the MM stepladder, took down 2 endcaps, moved 1 endcap, put up 3 endcaps, reset a table, and worked frontlist. Things are just getting crazier and crazier around here. Chip and I are going out again this coming up Friday to look at places to live. This time in a much better area, around Silver Spring/ Wheaton/ Rockville. Granted, it's a bit more expensive but it's worth it. WOO!!
I'm so very happy! Chip and I just got back from looking at apartments. We found one that we really love. It's in Ft. Washington and is about 4 miles from the VA border. The apartment complex itself is pretty awesome. They have a nice pool, awesome fitness center, washer and dryer in unit (the only one that we looked at that did), and is fairly ( Read more... ) -

Last night I went out with Tim and Chrissy from work. We went to the Party Block in OC and I was designated driver, which is good cause Tim and Chrissy got wasted. Steve was also there and I was able to talk to him about transferring to his store. Basically he said yes, I just have to call him sometime before I move and we'll set it all up ( Read more... )
