I'm really not into the Super Bowl at all, but we're having a party anyway for our current families. I said I'd make the dip, which was sort of impressive because I've never made dip in my life. Or previous lives. First time for everything, right? -

It's probably weird, but I gave in and Googled myself. And I have a whole website dedicated to me! Which definitely is weird. What's also weird is the sheer amount of confusion surrounding what people think they know about me. It doesn't help that I don't know most of it myself.

I skipped church this weekend. I don't feel bad about it at all.
Funny, though, now with this whole saint thing, I feel like I should be acting...saintly all the time. It's a lot to live up to. -

I went to church yesterday. It didn't really make me feel any better about things, though. Maybe if my parents had gone to church when I was a kid, things would be different. I don't know. Are we really having a debate about proper dating etiquette? I always thought it came down to two things: mutual respect and communication. But I guess you could make it more complicated than that if you really wanted. -

I'm going to see NYCB's Nutcracker tonight and ABT's next week. Is it expensive? Yes. Do I care? No. Because it's Nutcracker. I'm taking a few of the kids from the families that are with us currently along with me. They're very excited to go, and it's really nice that we have money this year to afford to take them.
