So Julia's birth certificate arrived yesterday.

They spelled her name "JULIA SLOBHAN".

We're tempted to not correct it, maybe if she turns out to be a messy kid we can just call her "Slobhan" all the time.

Sheesh.

Wow, life is utterly and completely different, and yet it feels perfectly right this way. Of course. What else would I be doing? But I haven't slept more than two continuous hours since probably two nights before I delivered Julia, and yet I'm still standing. I guess we're still in the early stages of sleep dep.... heh. My water broke Thursday night immediately after I sent the final emails about the damn research assistantship off to my supervisors -- on my last day of my working for them. Crazy.
