I was an ashamed member of the class of 2000. And I do mean ashamed. The school song is set to the tune of Yankee Doodle Dandy. And the Byfield town cheer goes, "B-Y-F-I-E-L-D! Byfield, byfield, wee wee wee!" I don't know what it means, and I'm okay with that. (Spell-check is still trying to replace Byfield with Befouled. Appropriate.)
