We got a cat at the beginning of the year. His name is Brutus. He has a really beefy neck because he was a stray and silvery-gray. He's a really good cat, except that my roommate Katherine (who owns the cat) squeezes him like a rag doll and is really rough with him when she's drunk. I have my Origins of Civilization Final tomorrow, then my Statistics final on Monday. On Tuesday I have 2 papers due, both of which are on vampires.

It would be the worst way to go-- to be stuck in the doldrums. Imagine being out to sea on an old old wooden ship (named Diversity perhaps) and the wind stops.
