Okay- so two days in a row of the massive kick workout of doom. yesterday my hips and my hip flexors were angry. This morning however it isn't my legs that are complaining. All my stiffness and ache is comming from my core. My lower back and obliques and a twinge in that place where neck-meets-back... deffinantly stiff ( Read more... )

Streching and a hot shower helped with everything but the kink in my neck. I think it may be from a restless night of akward sleeping positions more than my workout though. It still hurts when I move certain ways.
