So the plan was to let a few pounds back on before the new weightloss competition begins on April 1st... after yesterday at Karate I'm saying "screw that" and I'm back to the weightloss routine as of this morning. The diet is working... been doing the right thing for just a few days now and I'm at 309.0 this morning. I need to keep this up.

Umm... so results have been less impressive, mostly because dedication to the weightloss plan has been less impressive. I'm on track at 308.0 lbs this morning... but I had derailled earlier this week at my cousin's annual MOPPS event- I overate lasagna... and cookies and garlic bread... you get the picture, just overate in general that night. And handn't been paying much attention to what I ate the rest of the time recently. but the last two days have been spot on, and I'm going to hit it hard to drop some mega lbs by the end of the month for Costco's competition.

304.8 the morning of January 16, 2010 was my lowest point to date on my weightloss oddessy. I looked it up so I could see when I set a new low. This morning wasn't it, but it was more progress and had me wondering. If tomorrow is as much loss as the last two days I'll be right about there.

Today I was 306.6.

um, I feel kinda wierd about being so happy to have used the bathroom...

When I first rolled outta bed this morning I didn't really need to go at all... normal routine... weighted in at 300.4 lbs.

but 20 min later, when I realized I could go, I did and weighed in again, finally breaking the 300 mark. I'm in the 200s and ain't neva goin back.
