Let it first be said that I love Christmastime. But...
Every year, I am more and more appalled at how early Santa arrives at the mall and the holiday decorations adorn storefronts. It's a sunny, above-freezing-temperatures day in Montreal in March. Two weeks.
Home. For two weeks. Obligation-free. We pulled out onto the highway around 8:20 last night and braved the icy roads and oncoming snow to arrive here at about 4am. My cat seems TINY compared to my roomate's, I can pick her up with one hand and hold her in one arm. Moving to college, take 2
I moved up all my stuff to Montreal over the weekend. Well...most of it. Haven't quite gotten around to packing up the things I use every day, my dirty laundry, or about half of my craft supplies. Extolling the virtues of sleep.
A day off after 18 straight days of work is a fabulous thing. I was supposed to go out to Tanglewood today with my mom and grandparents, to hear Elizabeth Rowe play Mozart G, but my grandfather decided it would be too much for Nana.
