Running with broken arms and cast?
A week ago yesterday I broke my wrist/arm in 4 place. It's my right arm. I have 9 pins and a plate in my arm. All of this damage was caused from the force of a soccer ball being shot in my direction. Tomorrow I am running the Seattle Half marathon 13.1 miles... it starts at 730am- it goes thrugh the streets of downtown, down lake Washington blvd and up Madison and then back to finish at memorial Stadium. This is my 3rd half marathon this year ( Read more... ) -

just registered for my first half marathon, i have been training since December knowing i was going to be doing it. it is supposed to be the mudd bath from hell
i am totally stoked for this race,my sister is coming home from Australia to do this race with me. im secretly scared and even more secretly excited.
