We just listened to a few calls and wow.. that was hilarious! We had a really stupid woman call in looking to cancel her account, so the girl taking the call was able to save her. Lynnette was closing up the call, but then the woman decided she didn't know what she wanted. Let me tell you, she was a royal pain in the ass. Highly amusing to me ( Read more... )

thats why i could *never* handle those jobs... curtesy? what in the world is that? i have a hot passionate hate for stupid people... (although its ironic because i act stupid half the time... and sometimes just talk about stuff i dont know... but hey! thats what i do!)

also, they probably monitor your online time... (im not entirely sure, but thats how it was when my brother was working a call center) unless this is your personal laptop your using... you might want to be careful....

i mean, they monitor where you go, i kinda figured you'd *have* to be online...

so no pr0n for you... (not that im suggesting anything, its just habit when im talking about being online)
