So, if I can do this for relatively low cost, I found out that I can get a case to put my hard drive in, and a cable to hook it up to another computer through USB, and just use my laptop hard drive as an external hard drive, and see if I can recover the data on it... if that doesn't work, then I can assume that it's the hard drive that fried, and ( Read more... )
