I wanted to make a slew of tea icons. However, I ended up with but a few actual icons and a lot of bases. I'd like to make some more tea icons later, when I'm more inspired, but I'll go ahead and throw what I have out into LJ. Enjoy. If you like, comments and credit are great.

Adobe ImageReady is what I use for animated GIFs and it works great. It does frame by frame animation.

I used to use Animation Shop, previously by Jasc Software, now by Corel. I never had any problems with it, could perform frame by frame animations, could use transparency, and could alter timing between individual frame advancement.
