i want to be metalic
steal and programable
give me bottons
that glow in the dark
i can store the answers
in my gigabytes
inside a compact disk
install and start
with the click
of a computer mouse
no nucleus to confuse my magnetic power
save me on a floppy
with the rest of the
words
scrambled
in ideas
machienes
never learn

the trees
are turning
in color
tangerine orange
and red
they remember
they forget...
agian
and agian
they turn
bare
leaves leave
leaving life
time it
turns

as life
restarts
green living
the trees they
remember

forget
they keep turning
in circles
time
forgets
but always reminds me of
the leaves
falling

when they talk
of religion
I watch
as they talk in
cows,
white cows,
with a bunch of black spots
quoting fish that fly
they talk with tongues
red with nonsense
they talk of
angles flying in our
galaxy
but I just see
a milky way bar
and I may
be
naive
stuck
in caramel
but one things for sure
it sure does taste good.
