When you have a little girl that consistenly wakes up between 5:00 and 5:30 AM, you can get a lot done in the morning.
For instance, today I baked two loaves of bread.
From scratch.
That were yeast risen.

OK, they only required a 30 minute rise, but still.

speaking of yeast, do you ever brew your own beer? i believe i noticed in your del.icio.us inbox that you like homebrewing, but didn't know if you were a devotee or what. i just got a nut brown kit in the mail today that i'm looking forward to brewing up on monday after i return from a quick trip home to visit the 'rents.

Why yes, I do brew beer. As soon as I get around to it, I'll be getting 5 gallons of cider from Twin Orchards and 5 pounds of honey to make some hard cider.
