I just read my last post and realized I still have not made or bought myself a birthday cake. The last few months have been so stressful and sad. Birthday thoughts
I'm thinking of changing my birthday for celebrating purposes. Its always cold and half the time I'm sick. Also I love strawberries on a cream cheese frosted cake and they aren't in season in Jan. Answer to question
We are still living in the same house. Our house was not shot at and even if it were to be - we have no money to move. We have to wait for the ecomony to turn again so we can sell the house and find a new place (NOT in an HOA) and hopefully feel more comfortable. Close call - Shooting
I feel silly being so affected by this but it feels much different than a near miss in a car etc. We have lived in bad neighborhoods before and this isn't one. We have had no issues here. I'm Not Me
I haven't felt like myself in awhile. I haven't worked in over a year. All my savings is gone. The anxiety is at a all time high and I don't really know where to start. I've never had to interview at this age, at this weight, and now using a cane. Its hard to even get the nerve to to start looking. The last time I looked it was so depressing. Jobs ( Read more... ) -
Not much change
I just reread my last post and nothing much has changed. Not looking forward to Christmas. I finally got off my butt and got a Pfizer Covid shot, I'll have to go back in three weeks for the 2nd dose and then again in 6 months for the booster. 2020 after effects
This last year has sucked ass on so many levels. Yes Covid 19 still sucks, leaving my job has had unseen health consequences and our family moral is so low. Lindsey broke up with her boyfriend of 4 years bc she wasn't allowed to see him (due to covid). They had to get back together bc she was losing her mind. OMG - I'm tired
My sister in law is in the ICU. My Mom is freaking out. After she was admitted they tested her for Covid and she came back positive. Mom wants to know what we do if she dies. I just keep telling her to think positive. The hospital is giving us a hard time because we aren't her immediate family but we are her only family. She only has her step dad ( Read more... ) -
Sad
I miss my brother so much. I pulled up Hulu the other day and saw his name as a user and burst into tears. It took a minute for me to remember that it was for my Dad and not him. Two weeks notice
I turned in my two weeks notice this morning. I forgot my boss was off so she will probably think I did it on purpose. Although I told her a month ago I was leaving but plans weren't solidified yet.
