The hospital is gone. We went out there and was told they packed up and left. I would assume the Dervish went with them.

He isn't in Iraq. Afghanistan isn't that bad a place to run around. Sure there was some activity in that area, but nothing too serious. They must have moved while we were away, but it wont take long to track them down, maybe tomorrow, or the day after.
