what I Ate: 5/28 (AM)
I have a large container of strawberries mummifying itself in my fridge right now. delicious? not really. but they're now pretty ripe and in season, so I figured I'd try out something new. strawberry scones!
( there is no alcohol in this recipe, unfortunatly. ) -
What I Ate: 5/27
so my gas got turned on friday morning (stop snickering) but I was too lazy to cook so I just made indian food from a jar... jar of sauce, bag of frozen vegetables, grated tempeh. brown basmati rice and tomato/cucumber/feta salad on the side. I didn't document any of this in photos either so :(. but I'll put up the recipes.

I moved in saturday/sunday. I hijacked the car of someone i'm storing stuff for, then sunday I had a friend from STL drive me. I also went to target and got more nessesary crap. lovely. then I went to the grocery store and loaded up on the staples ( Read more... ) -

there was "moving drama" -- my friend who lives next door (I'm hopefully living in 6312 1E; she lives in 6316 1W) is out of town that weekend, another friend who originally was going to help me move into my sublet has on-site job training all day. but another one of my friends came through. her car is a little small, but I think we'll be fine ( Read more... ) -
