She really loves us!

We have a little cat [editted from "can"] we got from the Humane Society a year and a half ago to catch mice. Her name is Shelob (rawr!) and she caught the mouse. We like her. She's affectionate enough without being annoying and not snooty like some cats can be. She's an inside cat

Of all the cats I've owned, indoor or outdoor, all stick pretty close to the house when they got outside. I think cats don't want to jeopardize their food and cuddles supply.

I don't let my cat out anymore since we lost his brother, but he still sneaks out now and again. He and I had a fight outside where I yelled at him so loud he just ran back into the house to stop me from yelling.

hehe... Shelob is quite cute (despite my dislike of the name ;) ) the one time I saw her. Very affectionate.
