Future Project Thoughts

Aug 29, 2013 15:29

I thought I'd break down where I was on the adult project front, right now. I've already broken ground on the next project, and that's already set in stone, though I don't want to get into that particular one, at the moment. Right now I'm speculating on which of my ideas I'll have for the last project of this year, and then well into next year ( Read more... )

I have to say I love almost all your work. There are a few that didnt hit me as good right away but the art and the thought put into your story lines are amazing. I look forward to your adult and not-so-adult pieces. Im rooting for you! :))

Last line... (icwhutudidthur) xD

I'd like to see a Mandy piece, too. :) Please take your time with Cottonwine, I like it very much and hope it progresses to the graphic novel point. I think it would be very nice in a print version one day.

I've been a fan of yours since the late 90's, and I've never been dissappointed by your work. Please reflect on it until you are happy, then release it. I would much rather see the work the way you want it than something you rushed to shut people up.

I actually like how your work throws in new themes and styles from time to time. It keeps the overall experience fresh. I follow your work for its overall style, depth, and quality... not because of any one piece of subject matter. It wouldn't make sense to alienate long-term fans over an imagined fear of losing short-term fans. There's an audience for everything. Trust in that fact, and let the inherent style of your work attract like-minded fans. Just be honest with yourself. You'll be happier with what you're doing, your enthusiasm will show in the quality of what you create, and you'll be able to relate more to the people who follow it. Please freely experiment. You won't lose your personal style. It will always seep through everything you do. You couldn't get rid of it if you tried.

Hello, fiskblack. I understand you do not take suggestions because they usually do not spark your imagination or lack plot right? Well, I am a fan of both your explicit and non-explicit content, including the Fall of Red Riding Hood series. After seeing it, I came up with my own suggestion for it. Seeing as humans are pretty much frowned upon in the series, how about at some point a certain kind of Cottonwine or other substance can be used to provide physical benefits to human men like how cottonwine does for wolves? That would eventually lead to peace treaties between some human civilizations and wolf tribes, then possibly a conspiracy to overthrow the king ( ... )
