Man, you must be pretty huge (buffness, that is) XD how tall are you, if you don't mind me asking? (I'm 5'6") I've been working on dropping weight and I just weighed in last week at 195, where I was clocking in at 210~215 about 3 months ago. I wanna see 180 again...
I'm somewhere between 5'11" and 6' just abouts, according to the math of body fat and such, I'll be at a nice pro-athletic 10% when I'm 199lbs. That's my goal for my fights in October, since the weight class ends at 200. But normally I'll probably walk around at a little under 210 and about 13~15% body fat (which is the standard optimal for active males).
