Injury is like 99% healed, have almost all but my most freakishly extreme ranges of motion back with total comfort; will still wait until the doc sees it for me to bear any serious weight (i.e. workout hardcore.) Stupid injury is stupid, recovered a good chunk of mobility without discomfort but my shoulder wears out quickly and I need to rest it. Probably won't be able to work until next week, and train until the week after...this is annoying. I go return to grinding in rpgs on DS; all 3 of the games I can play are grinders...I hate grinding...

Been busy, starting new program and back on fight diet, planning on trying first MMA cage match in about 8 months. Joined a Brazilian Jiu-jitsu school in addition to my other training, now am training about 25 hours/week ( Read more... )

Looks like the tournament in October will have a 201~225lbs category. I think I'll go for that one instead, because I have only JUST ENOUGH time to make it to 200 and stay in good shape. I'll probably aim for about 210, which is my normal athletic weight and will be easier to get to ( Read more... )
