Tonight I dropped by Blue Bear Music in Fort Mason Center to sign up for the Rock Vocals class. Sheila and Victor had suggested I take something either at Blue Bear or City College or Skyline. I decided I would focus on singing, as I felt I had hit a wall there learning on my own. But the class was cancelled, and they suggested I take another

I just signed up for a class at Blue Bear too, and got myself on the waiting list for a couple of others. What's Skyline?

Re housing, you might also check out the inner mission... I've lived here for four and half years now and am quite happy with it.

Skyline is near daly city and pacifica, right at where 1 and 280 meet. I've never been there, but they share their class scheduling system with college of san mateo and one other community college, so it is easy to search for classes.

I am now taking intro to voice at the ocean campus of city college on Tuesdays. Its more work than I expected.

I'm on the lookout for housing anywhere not too ghetto at this point. The mission would be convenient, except for parking...
