Today I went to the university to walk the track.  Maru went with me even though it was already hot out. I've been working on leaning into veganism for a few weeks now.  It has been difficult at times, but mostly it's been a fun challenge.  For example, yesterday I tried making homemade french toast without eggs.  I use rice milk with a banana smashed up into it.  I dunked the bread before cooking it...but I dunked it for two long.  It was kinda soggy ( Read more... )
