Boowy connection

The biggest Japanese band in 80s was Boowy, and they ignited the 80s band boom in Japan. They debut in 1983 and had their big break since then. They disbanded shortly in 1987, giving them the legendary status. It is well-known that the band came from Gunma, just like our BT boys. The two most famous frontmen: vocalist 氷室京介 (Himuro Kyouske) and 布袋寅泰

ne did you see hotei's movie 'samurai fiction'? hahaa it's actually a really good movie staring a rock star 8D; and his acting isn't totally bad. it's a samurai spoof ne. i recommend watching it ^^

Thanks for reminding me I needed to go look up Samurai Fiction too. Saw the trailer off my Versus DVD last year, and wanted to watch it since then! But I didn't know it had Hotei Tomoyasu in it. ;)

I didn't care for the HOT REMIX but I love Boowy...that early pic of Imai is awesome. I used to keep up with 2ch all the time...there is/was a 3ch too?

me too, didn't like the remix. I didn't know there's 3ch haha...I can't keep up with 2ch, 99% of it are bullshit, though I just checked it this morning and found a few things already...;)
