in other news.  um.  it's raining.  that kinda sucks.  i found a killer pizza crust recipe.  that rocks!

1packet yeast

3 cups flour

1 cup warm water

2 T olive oil

1t salt

mix together (minus 1 cup flour), then add rest of flour slowly.  knead for five minutes or until smooth and elastic.  let rise 1.5hours, seperate into two balls, rise another 30

This weather is annoying me too. It's entirely unsuitable! It needs to warm up, or get cold enough to snow.

I haven't had pizza since June.
..whines..

Though I suppose I could do one with a little goat cheese and chicken..
but then really, it's not pizza is it?

I've made mine with bbq sauce (homemade) and chicken--it's yummy! I mostly just put whatever's in the fridge on it, and use whatever kind of sauce seems to fit!!
