I think I have some sort of problem with sleeping.. I should have went to bed an hour ago, but I called you instead.  I think I will still get seven hours of sleep.
I have this problem.. that I have always had.  I have a fear of not sleeping.

It could be anxiety... or it could be that you're not sleeping enough. This is what my doctor told me.
To get a good nights sleep you must...
1. keep a regular sleep schedule
2. reserve your beddroom for sleep
3. exersize regularly even in moderate amounts like walking
4. prepare the sleep enviroment
a. keep your room dark and quiet at an appropriate tempature
b. maximum comfort and minimum distraction
5. relax before going to bed
6. only go to bed when sleepy
a. if you aren't tired when your supose to go to bed don't
b. read a book ( but not in bed) or study

DON'T

1. take naps during the day
2. exersize vigorously in the evening
3. drink caffine or alcohol after dinner
4. eat haevy or spicy moods in the evening
5. lie away in bed for long periods of time

6. watch tv, eat, study, or read in bed
