Yet another snippet, for pierson, who suggested a couple of different things but the one I went with was more of the helpless plaything 'verse. 4,900 words (all together now, CARRIED AWAY), NC-17. Many thanks to marycrawford, and nothing is her fault. *g*

For those of you just tuning in, this is helpless plaything: The market price of a slightly used colonel on Read more... )

Yummy! Delicious! Languid and sexy - I love this universe. Thank you for writing more in it.

Guh.

I think I'll... er, yes, shower... showering is good.

Saying that I love this universe does not cover the emotion adequately. Why yes, I sincerely and with deep regard hope that there is more on the way.

Thanks for the beautiful images.

*beams* Thank you! Make sure you get the good towels. *g* I definitely aim to write more of this, although given my other fiction deadlines atm, I'm not sure when. Slow but determined, that's me. *g*

holy hell, this is hot. Really hot in the dirty way, which I like. I very much approve of John -- he's getting into the spirit of things, isn't he? After all, it's not a proper vacation until you unwind and enjoy yourself (and voluntarily down the alien roofie and behave like a tomcat in languid heat, rubbing his mouth against Rodney's trouser seam, wanting more...)

... please write more?

Yay, thanks! dirty!hot is a wonderful compliment in my book, at least for this story. :) And I definitely plan to get back to this 'verse again within a reasonable amount of time (maybe less than between the first two snippets and this one, even *g*). I mean, John definitely needs to... relax some more.

Wow. It's lush, sensuous and hey, did you know there's no official antonym for synesthesia? I'd like to offer up kinesthetic--despite the drugs, it felt to me to be very rooted in movement--walking, eating, hunting, etc.

It also made me think, if John's gone through the quantum mirror, how bad was it that he's willingly taking the yara?

lovely, thanks!

Thank you! :) And hey, cool about the sense of movement. I wanted it to be languid but definitely not inert; John's stretching the boundaries of his little world here, even though everything shrinks down to skin and touch at the end. I'm very glad you liked it!
