Yet another snippet, for pierson, who suggested a couple of different things but the one I went with was more of the helpless plaything 'verse. 4,900 words (all together now, CARRIED AWAY), NC-17. Many thanks to marycrawford, and nothing is her fault. *g*

For those of you just tuning in, this is helpless plaything: The market price of a slightly used colonel on Read more... )

Yum! Loved not-Lorne and not-Ford and how they looked after John while Rodney and Ronon were away. This universe is so sensual and gorgeous and the dark undercurrents of John's situation just add to it. Wonderful! :)

Thank you! They're nice, practical-minded guys, those two. I think they'd do their best to make John feel welcome, or make him be useful. *g*

Thank you! I'm glad you like it -- I'm kind of fascinated too. ;)

Aboiut Rodney and Ronon, I don't know; maybe I'll find out later if the storyline takes a turn that way. I think they'd make a great team, though, in a ruthlessly pragmatic, always know where your next meal is coming from kind of way.

Oh christ, I caught up on everything and this is killing me. Just the words: helpless plaything -- make it hard for me to focus. The way Ronon and Rodney handle him. How the drug makes him all pliant and desperate, and how he could've tried to make a break for it and didn't. Kneeling on the floor in the kitchen and sucking them off in full view of everyone. *melts to the floor myself* I'll be eagerly waiting for any more tidbits of this that you toss in our direction.

The consequences part of my mind keeps wondering about if John somehow got back without anyone knowing what his away-time was like, and he had to swallow down everything that happened to him, all the new instincts, and try to act normal with Atlantis's Rodney and Ronon. Whether he'd be able to do it, and how hard it would be for him.

Thankyouthankyou! I'm so glad you liked it; this John is my pet project. So to speak. *g* I just want to give him everything he won't admit he wants, you know? And I'm sure he feels he has very rational reasons for all his decisions.

Oh man, John back with Rodney and Ronon Mark I -- that would be very, very difficult for him. yes. (And very interesting for them.)

This was stunning; the descriptions of the land, and the quiet life of their home, and John. The moment with the razor and the tea was brilliant, it really was. The whole piece, waiting for John to come back to himself enough to escape, and the last bits where he is integrating with his captivity; no telling what will happen.

Thank you! I think it was nice for John to get to see a few things outside of that big bed for a change (like the kitchen floor. um), and I'm so glad you liked the bit with the tea and the razor! Now to see what he does with himself, and what they do with him.
