Winter is finally here. The nights are getting very cold. Nigerians starting to suffer the brutality of the British weather. Though I love the cold and dont want to miss this winter ( Read more... )

Things are still going good. Except the host home theres not a lot of complaints.

We had a weekend in Wales which was fantastic. Went to a waterfall, danced infront of everyone on the beach with a percussion band.

Im out on site today with Groundworks, digging, lifting, sawing the environment etc. Good stuff but tiring.

Almost finished my training at the VSO centre, tomorrow I will be placed in my host home where I am to live for the next 9 weeks until I depart for Nigeria. My work placement is groundwork, I.E. environment care. Also I shall educate youngsters about the global pandemic of Aids ( Read more... )
