when you're moving, and you see something that you really honestly hadn't noticed - twice this morning I found things that should have been packed away long since, but I hadn't even noticed them: the office curtains and the coat rack. Both needed to come down, but I entirely forgot they existed.

I cleaned out the car tonight and discovered our vacuum doesn't work. Well, it works, but not very much, and it spits out whatever it has sucked up in the place where you cease to vacuum.
