I had my appointment today and everything is fine. (Thank you, Kemp.) I have "a classic case" of fibrocystic breasts, meaning that my left breast is really, really pissed off. Shoot, I haven't been checking LJ and didn't see what was going on! Sorry you had that scare. I have fibrocystic breasts, too. I totally could have told you all about it. I've always had them (except while breastfeeding).

Thank you! Two days into my period and my breasts are *almost* back to normal. It's crazy.

I know, right?! It's really not so bad. I have to cut out all the caffeine (which I was supposed to be doing anyway) and the chocolate (which I was also eating WAY too much of). If those two things don't help, I have to cut back on nuts and start taking vitamin E. Could be worse. Could have been WAY worse.

Absolutely could of been worse. Those changes aren't too bad though.
